I am a religious guy and all, but some people take stuff waay too far. Really gives a bad name to religion in general, as if it really has a great reputation right now. Oh well I guess thats what we get for not going to hell, haha! By the way I move out into my own apartment on may the 16th!!!

New Job
So I got a new job just recently working as a PHP programmer at a local webhosting company. The company is called Lunarpages.com. It is a pretty cool job so far. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday all day. Right now it is part time because I am still a full time student at Cal State Fullerton. After I graduate and get married (170 days away btw) I will be working here full time as well. Anywho I better actually get to work seeing as that I am actually here right now passing time until the lead programmer gives me something to do. P.S. Xmen Looks good.

Another Toe Update
So after a couple months after my Doctor did this, my toe itself looks much better. By looks I mean all the nasty swelling and coloration is getting much better. However, because I still dont have great movement of it, I can’t actually pushdown hard with it. This means that when I walk, the weight that would be placed on my bigtoe, is being placed on the toe next to my bigtoe. So because of this extra weight, that toe is getting ingrown as well. So when I saw the doctor he said to go to the guy who screwed up my toe in the first place and make him refer me to another pediatrist (foot doctor in case you are slow) and have the new pediatrist remove this nail.
All was fine and dandy until the day after he told me this. I was looking at my toes when I realized that my bigtoe is getting ingrown again. So let me break this down for you. Not only did my doctor give me a 3rd degree burn all over my toe, then not know what happened, and then was reluctant to send me to a specialist, he didnt even actually get rid of the ingrown nail that was there to begin with. Add to that, because I cant push down becuase of the burn that he gave me, another one of my nails is ingrown now. AGH I just want it to be over and done with already!

My worst nightmares have come true. Arrested Development was canceled. I guess the ratings weren’t what they had hoped they would be this season. Even with all the emmy’s and nearly every critic saying its the best show on TV, FOX hacked it out of their monday night lineup. my closest friends and I would meet at my fiance’s house every monday night just to watch it.
The show was cut to just 13 of the scheduled 22 episodes. That means that there are 9 episodes remaining until the life of the Bluth family is cut off by FOX. Die FOX Die! If it wasnt for your other decent shows, I would never watch your station again (kind of pathetic that I still will, but O well). Thats about it, FOX you just crushed my world is all. At least make G.O.B. my personal assistant or something please?
It’s My Birthday
I turn 22 today! Pretty old if you ask me. My elbows feel like moldy prunes I’m so old. Anyways, I got a whole bunch of clothes and money for my birthday because I was in bad need of them. I also got a bottle of wine (the same wine that Annie and I had when I proposed to her), some shoes, an awesome shirt from Arrested Development (the image on the left is what the shirt looks like), and a really cool book on Kauai that tells you virtually everything that you could want to know about the island. Annie and I are going to Kauai for our honeymoon so the book will come in really handy.
I didn’t do a whole lot because I just wanted to chill this year. I went out to eat at Cheesecake Factory (anyone else ever noticed how retarded it is that they have advertisements on their menus? It really pisses me off, I’m there to eat, not to decide what type of jewelry to buy or the best real estate agent) and the food was really good. Later tonight I am gonna go into Red Robin (where I “work”, well will go back to working on my toe) to see some of my friends that I work with. Chad, a guy I work with too, got me tickets for me and him to go to supercross in january. We went last year and it was glorious. Ok I wanna go do fun stuff now and I’m sick of typing.
Scream “Happy Birthday Scott” right now. If you don’t do it I know that you don’t love me.
I Wanna Stand in the Middle of It!
I saw some pictures on Flickr a while ago of tons of super bouncy balls being released down this big hill for some commercial. That commercial just came out for Sony. They are selling these new LCD tv’s with the name of Bravia. I thought the commercial was so freaking awesome and I just wanna run against the flow of all of them.

Update on the Toe
So after a week and a half of running around the medical field trying to figure out what in the world was wrong with my toe, I finally found the answer. My toe has a very severe burn. It is either a very bad 2nd degree burn or a 3rd degree burn. The way in which we finally found out what happened was somewhat complicated, so here is the rundown of events.
After going to the E.R. 2 times, I got to go to my general practioner (GP) which is who actually performed the procedure in the first place. Just like the E.R. doctors, my GP placed me on more anti-biotics thinking it was a bad infection as well. After he did this, he said he wanted to see me the next monday. Monday came and my toe had not improved whatsoever. He decided that he would refer me to an infectious disease specialist to take a closer look at what exactly was wrong. The next day I got an appointment at the local specialist and went in expecting this doctor to hopefully have some clue as what exactly was wrong with my poor poor toe.
Unfortunately she had no clue exactly what was wrong as well, so she called a friend of hers that is an pediatrist to come and look at my foot. He happened to be in the area so he stopped in to her office and walked in to my room. He immediately knew that it was a burn. I guess when ingrown toenails are removed they use small amounts of acid to kill the cells that make the toenail so the portion of the toenail that was removed doesn’t grow back. Unfortunately this acid Phenol leaked all over my toe. This effectively sat on my toe for three days, eating the skin and possibly a tendon very slowly.
This Phenol substance is what is used for womans facial peels. The acid is made to eat the skin off of woman’s faces so they will go from This to This. Fortunately I am now on medication and am putting all kinds of creams and special wraps on my toe treating it just like a burn. There is still a small chance that I will lose part of my toe (I’m talking very small) but at least it is on the path to getting better now.
